We had a very nice time staying at this hotel. Stayed here with our son and everything was perfect. The local staff was extremely friendly. The king room was newly furnished, exceptionally comfortable bed. It was nice to find a microwave oven, coffee & tea making machines and a refrigerator. Location: the property was so close to several other shopping centers and Alpharetta, GA.

Spacious room, modern amenities, including a tv and free wi-fi, made my stay comfortable while the well-equipped bathroom added to the convenience of refreshing after a day of exploration.

The stay wasn't without its issues. There were frequent noise disturbances from large groups, which really disrupted any chance of peace, especially with teenagers occupying the same floor. Maintenance felt slightly lacking. I noticed some areas like the bathroom door needed a little attention, and some guests complained about air conditioning struggles. Plus, if you're counting on breakfast being included, that's not the case-they hit you with an extra charge, and the overall cleanliness of the exterior could definitely use a second look. It just doesn't feel as polished as you'd expect.

The clean room was perfect for our group, with comfortable beds. The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and we loved the location close to so many attractions like North Point Mall and Andretti Indoor Karting. We also enjoyed the amenities like the microwave and fridge in the room.

The coffee situation was lacking too-no decaf or flavored options. A pleasant stay, but breakfast needs a boost.

My family and I had a great time during our two-night stay. The room was spacious enough for my two-year-old to play, and we appreciated the convenient location near local attractions. The checking process was smooth, but it was frustrating that housekeeping didn't have any clean rooms on the same floor, which meant we were separated. Despite that, the comfort of the room made up for it, and overall, we enjoyed our trip.
